Now Offering In-Person & Online!

Our next  In-person session of this program starts on

In our Spring 2023 Corner of Creativity we are offering  6 weeks of painting sessions including:
- Colour Wheel, Basic Colour theory
- Landscape Painting
- Self-Portrait Painting
- Abstract Painting

Participants may purchase and attend the full program or register for the Landscape Painting, Self-Portrait painting or the Abstract Painting workshop. All materials are included. Just participate, learn, heal and enjoy!

As part of LOUD Art Society's goals and missions we are glad to provide access to practice art and creativity for youth, families and  individuals who would benefit the most from our services.
In the Corner of Creativity our professional artists and art therapists lead a 6-8 week educational and therapeutic art and mindfulness sessions.

The art sessions include painting, sculpting, voice and knitting lessons. In addition to learning a new creative skill, these art sessions help to develop patience, perseverance, attention to details and help to improve memory and mood.

Mindfulness sessions are held separately by mindfulness instructors and they include instructions on breathing techniques, body scanning , meditation and various coping tools. Sessions are held once a week.

DOODLES OF Covid-19 



We know that past months have not been a great time for any of us due to this invisible enemy. 

It is very easy to develop and follow negative habits when we are overwhelmed by uncertainty and anxiety.


It is in everyone's best interest to follow the recommendations of health experts.

However, while we are staying at home, we do not have to get bored.

We can still stay creative and healthy. 

We have started a simple project such as Drawing and colouring Doodles.

Colouring Doodles is a great exercise for boosting your mood, increase your concentration and a great practice of patience.
