Colors of Calm: Exploring Landscapes in Watercolor
Take a mindful pause and create something beautiful with your own hands in Colors of Calm, a therapeutic watercolor workshop led by Shahtaj Shahid. In this hands-on session, participants will be guided through the soothing process of painting landscapes in watercolor — exploring the calming flow of color, texture, and brushwork.
No experience is needed — just a willingness to slow down, connect with the materials, and enjoy the meditative rhythm of watercolor painting. As you layer washes, blend colors, and bring your landscape to life, you’ll also explore the therapeutic benefits of mindful creativity and artistic expression.
All supplies will be provided, but feel free to bring any special items you'd like to incorporate into your practice.
Perfect for beginners, art lovers, or anyone seeking a gentle and grounding creative experience. It’s time to take control, enhance well-being, and perform at your best in work, life, and everything you do!
