Led by LOUD Art Society, the workshop is designed to support mental wellness, emotional regulation, and personal growth through creative expression. The emphasis is on the experience, not the final artwork.

This watercolor workshop offers a gentle and supportive space where, through the flow of water and paint, participants can slow down, focus on the present moment, and release internal pressures.

All supplies will be provided, but feel free to bring any special items you’d like to incorporate into your practice.

What to Expect

  • No prior painting experience or artistic skills required
  • There is no right or wrong way to paint
  • Everyone works according to their own comfort and ability
  • Talking and sharing are completely optional
  • A calm, safe, and intimate environment

The goal of this workshop is not to create professional drawings, but to cultivate a sense of peace, emotional release, and lightness through watercolor.

This program is specifically designed for seniors and is facilitated at a relaxed, accessible pace to ensure comfort, inclusion, and ease for all participants.
