Mental Health- Medical Director
We are looking for a dedicated mental health care professional to join our board. As a Mental Health Director you are looking for the opportunity to truly make a difference in prevention of mental health disease and promotion of modern mental health and well-being . We take pride in being a provider of an innovative cognitive behavioral therapy and healthcare. To be a successful Medical Director, you should be dedicated to promoting the trust and professionalism of our organization within the community. The Medical Director will work to improve the overall care quality of our services and work to enhance relationships with stakeholders within the public health and industry
Responsibilities:

Act as the medical voice of LOUD Art Society and take part in the discussion of services and problem resolution as needed.

Participate in the development and revision of health policies and procedures

Monitor the planning, development and implementation of therapeutic programs by LOUD Art Society or contracted partners

Provide advice in improving the therapeutic programs

Monitor the efforts of Mental Health Services to ensure services are being provided in a professional manner.

Keeping your research on Art and Mental Health, medical knowledge , experience, and licenses up to date.
Requirements:

MA Degree or Doctorate in psychology or related field from an accredited college or university.

Licensed (or license eligible with application pending) to practice psychology

Strong organizational and research skills

Strong community health orientation and at least three years experience in primary care delivery and administration

Previous experience serving on a nonprofit board is an asset.
This is a 3 year-term position serving as a board member
