Responsibilities:

Communicate the brand identity with the team

Work closely with director of PR and social media expert to sift through marketing data to find the important trends

Stay up to date on the latest marketing trends

Have a great understanding of SEO and its implementation

Attend conferences to further marketing knowledge

Oversee social media strategy and implementation

Working with other board members to develop brand awareness strategies and relevant merchandise

Create marketing reports to show to executives
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.

Experience in marketing and running a marketing team.

Proven marketing campaign experience.

Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.

Strong copywriting skills.

Attention to detail.

Professional and proactive work ethic.

High competence in project and stakeholder management.

Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.

Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
